Shipping
Small parcels, tracked, sent from the European Union.
A console weighs very little and travels in a flat cardboard box, so shipping is straightforward almost everywhere.
Where we ship
All 27 European Union member states, plus the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and the United States. If your country is not on the list at checkout, write to us — if a carrier goes there, we will usually quote it.
Dispatch times
- In stock — assembled to order and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. Each unit is played before it is boxed, which is the part that takes the time.
- Pre-order — dispatched when the batch is finished. The expected window is shown before you pay, and we email you if it moves.
Delivery times and cost
Shipping is a flat rate per order, shown in full at checkout before you confirm:
- Poland — €5.00, InPost courier.
- Rest of Europe (EU, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland) — €10.00, Poczta Polska.
- United States — €16.99, courier. A console is small enough to travel as a letter-post item in Europe, but to the United States we send it as a tracked courier parcel.
As a guide, tracked delivery within the EU typically takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, and somewhat longer outside it. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Customs and duties outside the EU
For destinations outside the EU customs union — the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and the United States — import duties, sales tax and any carrier handling fee are charged by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. We cannot calculate or refund them, and we do not mark parcels as gifts.
If a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged
Contact us at contact@videocade.eu with the order reference. Until the goods are delivered to you the risk is ours: a parcel lost in transit is replaced or refunded. Please keep the packaging until we have sorted it out — carriers ask for photographs of it.
