Terms of sale
The rules that apply when you buy a VIDEOCADE console from us.
1. Who you are buying from
VIDEOCADE consoles are sold by LTEK LABS sp. z o.o., ul. Dzwonek 24, 34-100 Gorzeń Dolny, Poland. Entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the Polish National Court Register under KRS 0001209895; REGON 543446741; NIP (tax identification number) 5512676022. 2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to every order placed through videocade.eu. They do not limit your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence in the European Union — where those rights go further than what is written here, they win.
3. Products
Each console is a hand-assembled device with a 3D-printed shell. Because the shells are printed in small batches, minor cosmetic variation between units — visible print layers, slight tone differences between runs — is normal and is not a defect. Anything that affects how the console works is.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euro. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm the order, and any taxes applicable to your order are shown at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside the EU customs union, import duties, taxes and any carrier handling fee may be charged on arrival and are the recipient’s responsibility.
5. Placing an order
Adding an item to checkout is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you promptly and refund any payment in full.
6. Pre-orders
Consoles marked pre-order are not yet in stock. We will state the expected dispatch window before you pay, and we will tell you if it moves. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any point before it ships.
7. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
8. Withdrawal, returns and warranty
You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, and a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity. Both are set out in full on the returns page.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Complaints and dispute resolution
Write to contact@videocade.eu and we will respond within 14 days. If we cannot settle it between us, EU consumers can use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
